The Questions email must be filled out to finish your order.

We make your order. Once your order is finished, you will be emailed a hyperlink to access our site to download your order.
We will send a confirmation email that your order has been mailed to you. If you have an InkFrog account and asked for your template to be added to your account, it will be there.
If you don't have an InkFrog account then please make sure you read the instructions that came with your order to edit your order and learn how to use it. |
The time that it takes to finish your order depends on:

No matter what you order u we will be sent a list of questions that must be filled out so that we can complete your order. All time frames start from the time we get your reply. If we do not get a reply back from u in a few days we will contact u again just to make sure u got them. If after trying to contact u multiply times and we do not get a reply, we will refund your payment to your Paypal account.
